job summary:

Randstad Professionals is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract to permanent role with our client located in Lititz, PA. This is an accounting role with heavy phone requirements, therefore candidate posses background that demonstrates dependability and advanced customer service skills.


Core functions:


+ Assisting clients with quoting service rates

+ Providing explanation of charges billed and collecting past due balances

+ Assisting services department with creating work orders for service calls that are received and coordinating schedules


Minimum requirements:


+ Three years experience in an accounting, billing or customer service role

+ High school diploma or GED


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM, plus availability to work Saturdays on a rotation schedule
